3. Account Registration

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Payments and Purchases

By making purchases on SHARPCHAT Games:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Package prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵)
• We use secure third-party payment processors (Paystack)

5. Payouts & Withdrawals

5.1 Game Winnings

• Game winnings are processed automatically - no manual action required
• Payouts are sent directly to your linked Mobile Money account
• Processing time: typically within minutes, up to 24 hours during service disruptions

5.2 Referral Commissions

• Referral earnings can be transferred to your game balance for play
• Alternatively, referral earnings can be withdrawn to Mobile Money
• Minimum withdrawal for referral commissions: GH₵ 2.00

5.3 General Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to registered Mobile Money accounts (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo)
• We may require identity verification for large withdrawals
• Suspicious activity may result in payout delays or account review

6. Responsible Gaming

We reserve the right to implement cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options for users who request them.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Collude with other players to manipulate outcomes
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Engage in money laundering or fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff

Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on SHARPCHAT Games are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SHARPCHAT Games is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific outcomes or winnings
• Compatibility with all devices

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHARPCHAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
